ICBC Injuries

If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident you will have coverage for physiotherapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology treatments through ICBC. It is important to seek treatment as soon as possible after your accident in order to promote healing, decrease your pain, and get you moving. Our therapists will complete an initial assessment and provide you with a personalized treatment plan. Our goal is to return you to your pre-accident abilities as quickly as possible.
Step 1:. Contact ICBC (604-520-8222) to report your injury and set up a claim. You will receive a claim number from ICBC.
Step 2: Visit your family doctor to report your injury, and seek their advice on treatment. Also feel free to ask for your doctor’s referrals for physiotherapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology. ICBC also recommends that you follow up with your doctor every 2-4 weeks.
You are pre-approved from ICBC and can attend treatment immediately for 25 Physiotherapy visits, 12 Massage Therapy visits, and 12 Kinesiology visits*
*With presentation of a valid ICBC claim number and beginning of treatment within 3 months of the date of the accident causing the injury.
Step 3: Contact us for an appointment (604-467-8775), and make sure to bring your doctor referral if you have one and your ICBC claim number.
